Dear President Bush,
While most of the media focuses on your warning about science and technology, I am taking a “glass full” approach to your words. You cautioned the graduates of Oklahoma State University saying:
"Science offers the prospect of eventual cures for terrible diseases - and temptations to manipulate life and violate human dignity."
My guess is you have taken a scientific approach to torture. After all you are manipulating life to get intelligence information and in the process violating human dignity. What does it take to get unwilling people to talk, scientifically speaking?
