North Korea’s Nuclear Weapons, Clinton’s Fault!

Senator John McCain blamed the Clinton administration for North Korea’s nuclear weapons capability. President Bush indicated he found out after coming into office about Kim Jong-il’s continued development of nuclear weapons. In his press conference, he said it was unbeknownst to the U.S. government. So how did President Bush learn about North Korea’s violations?

The public deterioration occurred on President Bush’s shift, seemingly after he called them part of the “axis of evil”.
