Bush Nominates another P-Nocker for World Bank

With Paul Wolfowitz gone from the top position at the World Bank (and blaming everyone but himself), President Bush returned to the Project for the New American Century fold for his replacement, Robert Zoellick.

As this is the second person Bush appointed from the exclusive PNAC club, being a heavy handed American ideologue must be a qualification for the job of lending money throughout the world to improve lives and economies.
