Record Trade Deficit, Next U.S. Industry Shipped to China Biotech?

Business news reported a record U.S. trade deficit, reaching $68 billion for the month of July. America’s largest trade deficit is with China, facilitated by U.S. employers shipping production to the Far East. Nearly 30% of the trade deficit is with the Red Economic Storm.

A much smaller, but equally significant story concerned a tiny biotech company in Cambridge. Curis Inc. reported a new joint venture in Shanghai with contract researcher Shanghai ChemPartner. It is expected to reduce chemistry costs 65 to 75 percent.

While Norad and NorthCom look for terrorist threats, they completely miss the widespread contracting of America to the Chinese. The reason being U.S. businesses are doing this to ourselves.
