Renowned Stephen Hawking Suggests Colonizing Other Planets with Neanderthals Necessary

Cosmologist Stephen Hawking recently recommended humans colonize other planets in our galaxy to ensure the survival of our species. Two dangers mentioned included a large asteroid colliding with Earth and a widespread nuclear war. It appears one of those threats can be minimized without leaving our solar system, the threat of nuclear war.

What does Dr. Hawking know about human psychology that prompts this concern? Has he paid close attention to the pathological world leaders elected by their people the last decade? Does he see nuclear weapons technology spreading like wildfire as they become the benchmark for tough nations? Did he notice the United States effort to replace its nuclear munitions with the new Reliable Replacement Warhead?

I can understand colonizing other planets due to the risk of a large asteroid wiping out most life on Earth as has happened in the past. If we truly have the capability to self inflict our own extinction, I don’t think humans ought to be spreading our pathology throughout the universe. But that’s just my opinion and worth every penny you paid for it on this free blog with zero advertising!
