CSPAN showed an earlier segment of Washington Journal with newly named Republican Vice Presidential candidate, Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin. I watched to learn more about her and was quite surprised to hear her quote the size of the oil spill.

Wrong! The ExxonValdez spilled 10.8 million gallons of crude oil, eventually covering 11,000 square miles of ocean. Missed it by that much! But her mistake helps sell Alaskan fish...
