Spring is in the air. It's DEF14A season. Companies file the reports indicating board pay. President Obama's health reformer made over $530,000 for her service on four health care boards in 2008. SEC filings show her pay from the following public firms:

Nancy also served on at least one privately owned for-profit health care board, Legacy Hospital Partners. How much did they pay Ms. DeParle in 2008? Add it to the total. Don't forget her PEU (private equity underwriter) pay from CCMP Capital Partners.
Private health care stands to win big in health care reform. Individuals stand to pay dearly.
